Waddlers (1 - 1.5 yrs.) |

Eye-hand coordination, motor and social skills are developed through beginning exercise, gymnastic skills, music and movement, songs, games and parachute play. |
Flippers (1.5 - 2.5 yrs.) |

Flippers are exposed to beginning level gymnastic activities focusing on balance, mobility and motor coordination as listening and comprehension skills improve through dance and music, interactive sports, play and parachute games. |
Gymsters (2.5 - 3 yrs.) |
Locomotion, gross and fine motor skills are enhanced through the use of tunnels, balance beams, parallel bars, coordinated movement, games, music and parachute activities. |
Twisters (3 - 4 yrs.) |
Growing independence and confidence are encouraged as coordination and flexibility are improved through more challenging gymnastic activities. Dance, fitness, games and interactive sports are explored along with parachute play. |
Tumblers (4 - 5 yrs.) |
Motor skills, strength and agility are furthur developed with the introduction of more advanced gymnastic techniques, while sportsmanship and a desire to learn continues to grow through cooperative games and sports activities. |
Sprinters (5 -6 yrs.) |
Enjoyment for physical fitness grows as gymnastics skills are refined. Positive self-esteem and friendships are forged through team spirit and interactive play. |
